Hi everyone, my name is Anthony Oshodi, and I am the founder of PD Tailors, where I offer expert educational consultancy and training in Psychological First Aid. With 12 years of experience teaching in the UK, Qatar, Brunei, and the UAE, I have gained valuable insights into diverse educational systems and cultures, enabling me to provide tailored solutions to meet your needs.
As a qualified Psychological First Aid trainer and a holder of the National Professional Qualification in Leading Behaviour and Culture, I am committed to equipping educators, staff, and students with the tools they need to support mental health and wellbeing within schools. My consultancy services are designed to enhance leadership, foster positive environments, and deliver practical strategies to overcome educational challenges.
In addition to my qualifications, I am a former athlete who represented Great Britain in Shotput. This athletic background has greatly influenced my approach to education, emphasizing resilience, determination, and the mindset that success is achieved through hard work and perseverance.

Charlotte Oshodi
Hi everyone, my name is Charlotte Oshodi, and I am an experienced pastoral leader with a strong background in managing boarding houses. Over the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of teaching in the UK, Qatar, Brunei, and the UAE, which has equipped me with a global perspective on education and a deep understanding of diverse student needs.
I hold the National Professional Qualification in Leading Behaviour and Culture, which has enhanced my ability to lead with a focus on fostering positive student outcomes and creating supportive environments. As a skilled curriculum designer and an outstanding Mathematics educator, I am dedicated to developing rigorous, engaging, and inclusive curricula that support academic excellence and student development.
My experience as a pastoral leader has allowed me to build strong relationships with both students and staff, ensuring a nurturing and effective learning environment. I am passionate about integrating high academic standards with strong pastoral care, promoting the holistic development of students and empowering them to achieve their full potential. Sherri-Lee Galloway
Sherri-Lee is a highly experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor and a senior mental health lead working children age 5 to 18. With a Bachelor of Science from Newbold College -Andrews University and a Masters in Education in Psychotherapeutic Counselling for Children and Adolesence from the University of Cambridge. Sherri-Lee brings a deep understanding of child development, mental health and emotional resilience into education educational settings.
With over decade experience, Sherri-Lee has dedicated her life’s work to children. The wealth of experience she has a mass comes from a plethora of settings, including as a child advocate a facilitator, a trainer, a public speaker, victim support agent, a mediator, conference chair and from working in children services, charities, churches and in education settings in pastoral and safeguarding teams.
Her extensive background equips her with the expertise to support children, educators and institutions in fostering mentally healthy school environments.
As an adult third culture kid of Zimbabwe-Mauritian and British Heritage, Sherri Lee’s multicultural background allows her to navigate people and cultures connecting with and supporting diverse communities with insight and culturally competent sensitivity.
Sherri-Lee is passionate about empowering educators, parents and anyone working with young people to equip them with skills to support students in crisis and create safe and nurturing environments
When she is not providing therapeutic support to children or transforming school mental health health framework, she loves to travel and explore new cultures – and if you’re curious our favourite colour is burnt orange – reflection of her warmth, compassion and resilience through life.
